GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS


This document sets out pre-contractual information on distance contracts on the website www.rspackaginglda.com, as referred to in Article 4 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February.

The domain www.rspackaginglda.com is the property of RSpackaging, RSpackaging, lda, with registered office at Rua dos Ligustres, 255 R/C esq post - 4410-152 São Félix da Marinha, Portugal, SIREN No. 518703240.

RSpackaging reserves the right to modify the current pre-contractual information in order to adapt it to the applicable legislation, without prior notice, except for contracts already executed and in progress. We kindly ask you to visit this page regularly to check for any changes that may have occurred.

Browsing the www.rspackaginglda.com website and purchasing any product at this address implies acceptance of the current information and general terms and conditions of use contained on this page.

RSpackaging may remove, add or modify products and services without prior notice, except for contracts that have already been executed and are currently being executed.

Occasionally, the RSpackaging Online Shop may be unavailable for updating or other reasons, and we may restrict access to certain areas of the site.

RSpackaging is not liable for any damage resulting from any computer virus or any other situation unrelated to it that prevents access to and proper functioning of the www.rspackaginglda.com domain.

For purchases made through the RSpackaging Online Shop, the buyer must undertake to provide their real details and allow your order to be processed correctly.

  

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
RSpackaging ships parcels to Portugal and several other countries.

 

 

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are borne by the customer and are added to the total price of the products selected by the customer.

Delivery costs depend on the volume and/or weight of the products and the type of delivery chosen. Products can be collected from RSpackaging's premises or delivered directly to the delivery address specified by the customer.

  

DELIVERY TYPES
Collection from RSpackaging's headquarters: Free of charge

Delivery by courier: Delivery to the address specified by the customer - Price according to volume and/or weight and depending on the country of destination.

COLLECTION TIMES
Collection from RSpackaging headquarters: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm.

Delivery by carrier: Between 8.30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

  

DELIVERY TIME
Orders are processed up to 24 working hours after payment confirmation, then adding the delivery time indicated during the purchase process (1 working day for collection at our facilities, 3 working days for mainland Portugal, to be defined on a case-by-case basis for other countries (on average 5 working days in Europe).

DELIVERY DIFFICULTIES
If the customer is not present at the time of delivery, RSpackaging, after being informed by the carrier, will contact the customer to try to reschedule the delivery.

If the customer does not respond within 24 hours after RSpackaging has sent an email and/or attempted to call, the order will be available for 72 hours for the customer to collect from our premises or request a new delivery, for which they must pay new shipping costs.

After this period, the order will be cancelled without any right to a refund.

 

DELIVERY COMPLIANCE
Upon delivery of the order, the customer must check the condition of the packaging and the product to detect any damage, anomalies or defects caused by the transport process.

In the event of non-compliance/defects, the customer must refuse the order, ask the carrier to complete the form (please state the reasons for refusal in detail) and contact RSpackaging within a maximum of 24 working hours.

Failure to comply with these procedures will exclude the customer from the right to claim defects/non-compliance caused by transport.

 

WARRANTY
Items sold on www.rspackaginglda.com are covered by the legal warranty regime, in accordance with the provisions of Decree-Law No. 84/2021 of 18 October.

Non-compliant product - You must contact RSpackaging to obtain a return, have the invoice and the complete item in your possession.

PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS
All prices listed in the Online Shop already include VAT at the applicable statutory rate.

The RSpackaging Online Shop offers the following payment methods:

 

Bank transfer
When you confirm your order, you will receive an email with the bank details for payment.

You have 48 hours to make the payment.

 

Credit Card 
By selecting this payment method, you will be redirected to the credit card payment page, where you will need to follow the instructions to complete your payment.

  

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If your order has a defect in terms of its characteristics or manufacture, you can contact us using one of the methods available in the Online Shop:

• Telephone: (+351) 933770737 (Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.)

 

When contacting us, please have your invoice to hand with the following information:

• Order number

• Product reference and name

• Details of the defect

• Where applicable, a photograph of the problem 

 

Based on the above information, an assessment will be made and, if RSpackaging is found to be liable, the customer will receive the necessary instructions for returning and replacing their goods (or a credit note, where applicable).

 

RETURNS (RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL)
The customer may exercise their right of withdrawal without penalty within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the item.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your intention by email to rspackaginglda@gmail.com, indicating the order details, the products you wish to return and your identification details (as the Customer).

The customer must return the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which RSpackaging was informed of the decision to return the goods.

The products to be returned must be properly packaged and shipped to RSpackaging in the same condition in which they were sold, bearing the cost of the return.

Upon receipt of the return and verification of the non-conformity referred to, the value corresponding to the amount paid for the order (value of the sales invoice excluding delivery costs) will be refunded to the Customer.

If you used a promotional discount code, this amount will not be refunded, i.e. the refund will only be for the amount actually paid.

The refund will be made by bank transfer, and the customer must provide their IBAN when requesting a return. The refund will be made up to 14 days after receipt of the goods.

If the alleged non-conformity of one of the components of the item sold cannot be verified, or if one of the components is damaged through no fault of RSpackaging, or if the product shows clear signs of use after delivery, the price will not be refunded.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS


At the customer's request
The Customer may cancel the order by contacting RSpackaging via the contact details available here, within a maximum of 24 hours after payment of the order.

In order to proceed with the cancellation, the customer must provide RSpackaging with the following information:

a) Order number

b) Name used to place the order and delivery address

 

By decision of RSpackaging
RSpackaging may refuse an order when one of the following situations occurs:

• In the event of a computer, manual, technical or any other error that causes a substantial change not anticipated by RSpackaging to the retail price, such that it becomes exorbitant or manifestly derisory;

• In the event that payment authorisation cannot be obtained;

• If it transpires that the orders are fraudulent.

PRODUCT INFORMATION AND PRICES
The RSpackaging Online Shop provides information on product characteristics through technical descriptions, photographs and/or videos illustrating the products sold.

The retail prices shown on www.rspackaginglda.com are in euros and include VAT at the legal rate in force.

The prices shown are subject to change at any time, with prices guaranteed for orders already processed.
